Attendance of the concerts of the Třeboňská Nocturna International Music Festival is conditioned by meeting all current measures imposed by the Government of the Czech Republic and the Ministry of Health.
From 1 July, it should be possible to fill 75% of the internal space capacity, subject to meeting the social distancing rules. To enter the auditorium, in addition to protecting your nose and mouth with a respirator of class FFP2 or higher, it is mandatory to meet at least one of the following conditions:
TEST WITH NEGATIVE RESULT
A PCR test not older than 7 days; an antigen test not older than 72 hours. It is possible to produce a national certificate; a certificate or statutory declaration of the test made by the employer or school is also recognised. Statutory declaration forms will be available on site.
It is necessary to produce a national certificate (printed or in a mobile app) that at least 14 days have elapsed since the administration of a single-dose vaccine or that the vaccination with a two-dose vaccine has been completed or, as the case may be, that at least 22 days and not more than 90 days have elapsed since the first dose.
RECOVERY FROM COVID-19
It is necessary to produce a result, a medical report or a national certificate that the period of mandatory quarantine has elapsed and not more than 180 days have elapsed since the positive test.
In light of the pandemic, our traditional series of winter subscription concerts was unfortunately unable to go ahead. Compensation is at hand, however, in the shape of a live broadcast of the Prague BRASStet brass quintet at our Facebook page and on our YouTube channel from 8 pm on 13 May.
The Prague BRASStet ensemble was formed in 2016 by leading students of the brass department at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague, instantly winning several prestigious international awards. Its individual artists are stable members of the Czech Philharmonic, the Prague Philharmonia, the Czech Radio Symphony Orchestra, the National Theatre Opera Orchestra in Prague, and the National Opera Orchestra. Prague BRASStet brought out its debut album this year, entitled JOY.
We would like to thank partner to the seriesÚJV Řež, a.s., for its financial support and for providing the amenities for live transmission of the substitute concert. We would also like to thank the Town of Třeboň and Slatinné lázně Třeboň s.r.o. for their support.
The organisers have announced the programme for the festival, which will take place between 6th and 10th July and can look forward to such artists as Jan Ostrý, Lobkowicz Trio, Kalabis Quintet, Kateřina Kněžíková, and once again Adam Plachetka. Details are available here.
The entire ABOKO 2020/21 winter subscription concert series had to be cancelled on account of government measures taken against the spread of Covid-19, the organisers expecting that the programme originally planned will go ahead one year later during the 2021/22 series. The closing concert, to be performed by the Brasstet brass quintet, will now go ahead on a different date and at a different venue and will be streamed over social networks, with a recording then made available on the festival’s YouTube channel. The organisers will announce more information in the coming days.
