Adam Kvěch is a ten-year-old boy who lives with his mother and two younger brothers. Adam is an "emotional little person," with moods that change from moment to moment. At heart, however, he is a very sweet little rascal who needs constant supervision. Adam is not yet fully communicating verbally, but he can communicate beautifully through various alternative methods, in which he is very creative. Adam and his mother would very much like a bicycle, specifically a tricycle, which his mother cannot afford to provide on her own.
