The Třeboňská nocturna Society has been organising a series of chamber subscription concerts, spread over six winter evenings, in the J. K. Tyl Theatre in Třeboň for 28 years now and for 22 years the Třeboňská nocturna summer music festival, the aim of which is to bring in top Czech and foreign artists and offer visitors to Třeboň music that is only found elsewhere on the most esteemed Czech and world stages. The quality of the music performed by well-known artists comes together with the cosy chamber atmosphere of Chateau Třeboň and the courtyard of the Marie Theresa Barracks, for example, to guarantee those that come to the festival unforgettable and uplifting experiences.

Thanks to financial support from the European Regional Development Fund - Interreg Austria - Czech Republic 2021-2027 Programme, we can continue the cultural cooperation between South Bohemia and Upper and Lower Austria. Our aim is to develop partnerships between cultural institutions, to make regional identity more visible and to strengthen cultural tourism. Thanks to the long-standing cooperation with the Music School in Linz, we can welcome their Symphony Orchestra in Třeboň, showcase the art of two Czech artists at an open day at the music school, or bring promising budding artists to the music school in Schrems. This is a long-term cooperation that should be continued in the years to come.

Every year we also prepare the Winter Třeboňská Nocturna - a series of six concerts taking place in the J. K. Tyl Theater in Třeboň. There is a program for winter 2020/21.
